The digital broadcasting transmitter allocates each of a plurality of video image and voice information (Sav) constituting a program to a main video image and a voice (Sav1), and a sub video image and voice (Sav2 and Sav3) exclusively; and transmits management information (Ia;Cp, Co) indicative of a position relation for the sub video image and voice (Sav2 and Sav3) vs the main video image and voice (Sav1) during photographing, together with the plurality of image video information (Sav). The digital broadcasting receiver indicates that a video image (Svd) exists in a direction (M), when the other video image and voice (Sav2, Sav2) exists around the video image and voice (Sav1) on display among the plurality of video image and voice (Save).
