Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the highly reliable digital communication system at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: After KARAOKE playing data from a computer 22 are processed into packets by an encoder 24, the encoder 26 applies EFM processing to the data. Then a modulator 28 modulates a carrier by EFM data and sends a modulation output to KARAOKE terminal equipment 30 via a communication line 10. A demodulator 32 of the KARAOKE terminal equipment 30 demodulates the modulation output to obtain EFM data, a decoder 34 decodes the EFM data, a decoder 36 implements un-packet processing and obtained KARAOKE playing data are stored in a memory 44. A MIDI player 46 is driven based on the KARAOKE playing data in the memory 44 to implement KARAOKE playing. Request data of a desired music are sent to the computer and then 2-way communication is attained.
