To provide a digital control machine of a power supply device which can effectively improve a characteristic of an abrupt change of a load more than before.
The robust digital control machine 20 of the power supply device which converts an input voltage Vi into an output voltage Vo and supplies it to the load 3 includes a controller 22 which detects the output voltage Vo and calculates an operation amount ξ1, and a PWM generator 23 which converts the operation amount ξ1 into a signal for operating the power supply device. The controller 22 is constituted so that a characteristic of a transfer function WQy(z) has a three-order differential characteristic by adding a delay factor that is a transfer function WQy(z) from the equivalent disturbance Q of an input voltage variation and a load variation to the output voltage Vo, the transfer function WQy(z) being added with two zero points, and replacing feedforward from the equivalent disturbance Q with feedback from the output voltage Vo and the operation amount ξ1.
