To provide an oscillating generator which is excellent in power conversion efficiency though its case is small in size, and can boost an output voltage, related to an oscillating generator which converts motion energy based on vibration including reciprocation movement into electric power.

The oscillating generator includes two or more coils, the cylindrical case to which the respective coils are wound, two fixed bodies arranged at both ends of the case, and a magnet body which includes magnetized magnets and is arranged so as to be reciprocative between the fixed bodies along the internal face of the case. The magnet body has two poles connected to both end faces of the magnets, and two sub-magnets connected to the poles. The fixed bodies have buffering magnets which are connected to the side of the internal face of the case so as to be approachable to the magnet body, and cause repulsive forces between the sub-magnets of the magnet body. The coils are wound to the case in accordance with ranges where the poles of the magnet body reciprocate.
