Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital filter, a reciprocal count rate creation circuit, and a physical quantity sensor that can reduce a circuit scale and reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A digital filter processes a delta-sigma modulation signal subjected to frequency delta-sigma modulation and comprises a plurality of filters including at least one moving average filter, where a bit width of a first signal output from a predetermined filter of the plurality of filters is made smaller than a bid width of a second signal processed by the predetermined filter by reducing the number of bits including the least significant bit. It is preferable that a signal output from the at least one filter of the plurality of filters is down-sampled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
