To form a filter to remove a noise signal in a digital receiving device more quickly than ever.

A sub-adaptive filter unit 35 is switched to a learning mode for as long as a determination time in which determination of a received signal is made through a signal determination unit 51. In this learning mode, a filter to remove a signal being received (noise signal Sn) is formed in the sub-adaptive filter unit 35. Then, when determination is made to the effect that the noise signal Sn is being received after an elapse of the determination time, a filter of the same type as the filter formed in the sub-adaptive filter unit 35 is formed in a main adaptive filter unit 31. Accordingly, at a point of time when determination by the signal determination unit 51 is finished, a filter which was formed when only the noise signal Sn was received for as long as the determination time in the learning mode can be formed in the main adaptive filter unit 31.
