To generate a reception local signal capable of corresponding to many reception frequency bands on the basis of a local oscillation frequency different from a reception frequency while suppressing increase of a circuit scale in size.
A local oscillator 101 generates a local oscillation frequency fc different from that of a received high frequency signal. An output of the local oscillator 101 is inputted to a first frequency divider 102 and a second frequency divider 103, and respective outputs are subjected to 1/N1 and 1/N2 frequency divisions respectively. Each signal subjected to frequency division is inputted to a frequency mixer 104, and a signal of a frequency with the sum of the both signals frequencies or the difference between the both signals frequencies is generated by mixing the signals. An output from the frequency mixer 104 is inputted to a third frequency divider 105 to be subjected to frequency division into 1/N3 and outputted as a reception local signal of a frequency fo1.
