Title:
DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR, AND ITS MAGNETIZING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3306364
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple DC motor having superior properties and to provide its magnetizing method and apparatus therefor by uniformizing magnetization, even when a rare-earth magnet is used.
SOLUTION: This motor has a stator 1, and a rotor 2 having magnetic poles 3. The rotor 2 has eight magnets consisting of four pairs of tabular rare-earth magnets 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and the rotor 2 has four magnetic poles 3 formed by their use. Respective magnetic poles 3 are formed by inserting each pair of tabular rare-earth magnets into the rotor core so as to face the outside from the center direction. In the case of one-time magnetization, the variation between the maximum value and the minimum value of the quantity of the magnetic flux of each magnet is large. However, if second magnetization is performed, changing the direction of the rotor approximately by 180°C and the relative positions of coils L and M with respect to the rotor and applying the same voltage again, after the magnetization has been performed once, it becomes possible to also suppress the variation between the maximum value and the minimum value to 3% or less, so as to adequately suppress the variation and noise of the motor and to reduce the size of the motor as well.
