To realize direct delivery high in security level and in service level for a receiver, such as the security of privacy or the confirmation of a delivery process from the receiver without the restriction of a time and a place, etc., by providing the selection right of a receiving condition (place/time) to the receiver, previously providing delivery information which is impossible in a conventional manner and avoiding a direct conversation by telephone in this business model since the present service is oriented to the one concerning a delivery requesting person and is insufficient in the service for the receiver.

An Internet service is developed to incorporate the intention of the receiver before delivery. An Internet mail address (in the case of a personal computer) in addition to a telephone number/address for communication to the receiver or an Internet address added to a portable telephone number is obtained from the delivery requesting person. The service is provided to the requesting person and the receiver from a delivery businessman as a new additional value service.
