Abstract:
To achieve a high speed operation by matching the impedance of a directional coupling type multi-drop bus with the impedance of a bus in coupling.
A directional coupler is configured when a second module including a second coupler edge is mounted on a first module including a first coupler edge so that a coupling system impedance on which proximity effects in the coupled state of the directional couplers are reflected can be matched with the impedance of a bus.
