To provide a disassembling method of a MMS type illumination stabilizer which overcomes problems that the danger of illegal dumping is expanded because the treatment cost of the illumination stabilizer as PCB waste is revised from 1,810 yen per 1 kg to 29,400 yen per 1 kg by JESCO on January, 2010 to increase by 16 times, the consent from the people can not be obtained because the storage operator involves many respective self-governing bodies and public facilities, thereby causing the waste of tax, and also there is a serious issue about PCB volatilization from the illumination stabilizer.

By using the MMS type illumination stabilizer, the illegal dumping can be controlled because the treatment cost of the storage operators can be extremely reduced by disassembling the illumination stabilizer while assuring the safety of the same, also the waste of tax in the respective self-governing bodies and public facilities can be prevented, and further the risk of PCB exposure to fetus and small children may be reduced by the completeness of the prevention against the volatilization of PCB.
