PURPOSE: To easily and efficiently perform liquid discharging operation by providing a freely detachable nearly L-shaped hollow casing to the end of a discharge pipe provided to the bottom of a movable tank and allowing connection and interruption to/from the movable tank to be performed via a connecting pipe freely slidable in the casing.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of discharging liquid from a movable tank, an entire hollow casing 1 is firstly moved to the movable tank side and its aperture part 5 is closely brought into contact with the end face of a discharge pipe 34 and both are made to a connected state. Then the aperture part 5 is opened by moving a connecting cover 7 which closes the aperture part 5 and has a fluid passage 8 to the upper part in the hollow part of the vertical direction. A connecting pipe 12 provided in the hollow part of the lengthwise direction of the casing is slid to the lengthwise direction and the tip of the connecting pipe 12 is joined to the end of the discharge pipe of the movable tank and liquid discharging operation from the movable tank is performed. When the discharge has been completely finished, the connecting pipe 12 is moved backward and the connecting cover 7 is lowered to close the aperture part 5 and the connection to the moving tank is detached to perform washing operation.
