Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device capable of preventing an electrode from deteriorating while suppressing scale from being formed.SOLUTION: When an operation part 300 is placed in cutoff operation, a control part 600 of a water discharge device WD inverts the polarities of a pair of electrodes included in an electrolytic tank 500 after stopping discharging water from a spout 200 for sterilization, and applies the electrodes with a second voltage lower than a first voltage applied to the electrode when electrolytic water is generated. When the operation part 300 is placed in water discharge operation, the control part applies the first voltage to the electrodes while maintaining the inverted polarities of the electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
