Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the effective removal of animal oil and fat stains stuck to dishes in flocculation effect of oil and fat stains by washing with acid ion water, especially in the first stage of a series of washing processes, of preset degrees in temperature which is regulated by an electrolytic washing water regulator to have a pH less than preset value.
SOLUTION: A dish waster 150 washes 16 in a series of washing processes and executes especially the first process at less than 10 minutes with acid ion water 8 of over 40°C in temperature which is regulated by an electrolytic washing water regulator 2 to have a pH of less than 6.0 with the jetting force for washing in the position of 'weak'. The second process is executed at more than 15 minutes with alkali ion water 7 of over 55°C in temperature which is regulated by the electrolytic washing water regulator 2 to have pH of greater than 8.5 with the jetting force for washing tin the position of 'strong'.
