Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a disk case which surely packages a disk by bending a rectangular sheet member forming the disk case being folded.
SOLUTION: This sheet comprises a disk storing section forming area arranged at a lower side of a sheet member and an inserting piece forming area formed at an upper side through a line (a) in parallel with the upper side and the lower side. An even number of disk storing sections are arranged at the disk storing section forming area while being continuous to its center section from the lower side. Both its sides have folded-back sections through lines (b), (b) formed in parallel with the right and left sides over an entire length of the sheet member.
