A boundary detecting part 320 detects respectively boundary positions included in respective regions in which image pickup is performed a plurality of times. An eccentricity quantity calculating part 330 calculates eccentricity quantity from distribution of the boundary positions. A loading position adjusting part 360 adjusts a loading position based on the calculated eccentricity quantity. The disk loading part 350 loads the disk type recording medium 390 by more strong loading force after finish of adjustment of the loading position. Also, when the calculated eccentricity quantity exceeds a limit value, the disk loading part 350 releases loading and unloads the disk type recording medium 390.
