PURPOSE: To obtain the subject cloth, useful as a reinforcing material, etc., for circular articles without falling off yarns by arranging many pins in an annular form, folding back the yarns with the pins, radially arranging the yarns and spirally weaving yarns in the circumferential direction with rotating shuttles while opening the yarns in a suitable order.
CONSTITUTION: Many pins 7 are annular arranged and yarns 2 are folded back with the pins 7 and radially arranged. yarns 3 in the circumferential direction are spirally woven with rotating shuttles 9 while opening the radial yarns 2 in a suitable order to afford the objective disklike cloth 1, consisting of the radially extending radial yarns 2 and the yarns 3, surrounding the center and spirally extending in the circumferential direction, having a hole 4 in the central part thereof and the inner terminals of the adjacent radial yarns 2 mutually and continuously forming weaving selvages 5 at the peripheral edge of the hole.
