Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the repeated response of the emission of a liquid and the stop of the emission thereof and to certainly prevent the liquid dripping from the leading end of a nozzle by inserting a suction rod into a valve disc in a slldable manner and forming a negative pressure state within a nozzle main body accompanied by the sliding of the suction rod.
SOLUTION: A pressure liquid is always introduced up to a liquid inflow port 12 and, when compressed air is introduced into a ventilation port 41 through a changeover valve 95, a valve disc piston part 35 (valve disc 30) is pushed up by compressed air and the pressure liquid is emitted from the nozzle tip orifice 28 of a nozzle main body 20. Thereafter, the changeover valve 95 is changed over and, when compressed air is discharged to the outside from the ventilation port 41, the valve disc piston part 35 is allowed to fall by a compression spring 48. At the same time, compressed air is introduced into a ventilation port 61 and a suction piston part 55 is pushed up and the liquid chamber 27 of the lower part of a suction rod 50 becomes negative in pressure and the residual liquid suspended from the nozzle tip orifice 28 is sucked into the nozzle main body 20.
