Abstract:
To stop unlimited provision of sanitary products to users when offering the sanitary products free, to ensure that the sanitary products are available to the users who really need to use them.SOLUTION: This dispenser for providing a sanitary product to a user comprises: an accommodation part that accommodates the sanitary product; a reading unit that reads user information of the user; a generation unit that generates an ejection request of the sanitary product accommodated in the accommodation part on the basis of the user information read by the reading unit; a first communication unit that transmits the ejection request generated by the generation unit to a management server and receives, from the management server, a determination result with respect to the ejection request; and an ejection mechanism that ejects the sanitary product accommodated in the accommodation part when the determination result indicates that ejection has been permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
