To obtain a dispersing agent composition with less change with time and excellent dispersing effect capable of obtaining viscosity-reduction effect at the dispersion because having defoaming effect when a ceramic fine powder, an inorganic or organic powder is dispersed.
The dispersing agent composition contains (A) one kind or two or more kinds selected from acetylene glycol and ethoxylated matters of acetylene glycol; (B) a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether having HLB of 8-19; and (C) a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing (a) a monomer represented by formula (4) and (b) an acrylamide based monomer and/or glycerol mono-methacrylate in the presence of an azoamide compound as a polymerization initiator. In formula (4), R4 is H or CH3, R5 is H, an alkyl group or phenyl group and (p) is an integer of 2-40.
