A plurality of main fluid flow passages 3a and a plurality of separation fluid flow passages 3b are provided in a support 2 comprising a ceramic porous body so as to penetrate from one end surface to the other opposed end surface and an opening 4 provided on a side surface is connected to the separation fluid flow passage 3b. It is preferable that the above main fluid flow passages 3a and the above separation fluid flow passages 3b are formed so as to be alternately arranged, the cross section shapes of the above main fluid flow passage 3a and the above separation fluid flow passage 3b are approximately square and they are arranged approximately in parallel to each other.
