Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove a measurement error due to the influence of an electromagnetic field from a detected quantity by using an end surface of an optical fiber belt for a sensor part and transmitting light information to a photoelectric conversion part by the optical fiber belt. CONSTITUTION:Light from a laser light emission body (a) fitted to an object A of measurement is photodetected on one end surface of the optical fiber belt 1 and guided to a place where there is no electromagnetic field influence while its incident light position is held. Then the light is emitted from the other end surface and is made incident to a PSD 2 constituting a photoelectric conversion part, and a displacement quantity is converted continuously into an electric signal, which is outputted. The signal outputted from this PSD 2 is inputted to an arithmetic part 3 and processed into a necessary physical quantity by analog arithmetic and digital arithmetic.
