Abstract:
To provide a displacement sensor displaying a received light waveform by using a received light amount obtained from the displacement sensor.
In this displacement sensor, a console 30 can be externally connected to a controller 10, and the console 30 comprises a display screen for displaying detection conditions when performing detection condition setting. This displacement sensor is equipped with a CPU for causing the received-light waveform to be displayed on the display screen of the console 30, with the received-light waveform obtained by graphically representing the received light amount of respective pixels from a received light signal.
