[Solving Means] A display control apparatus that is a first aspect of the present disclosure includes: an acquisition unit that obtains an input image; and a display control unit that displays the input image on a screen by scrolling the input image along a predetermined scroll line, the display control unit displaying the input image by scrolling the input image along the scroll line different according to a scroll speed that is a speed in the scrolling. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, a case where a medical image is diagnosed.
