Abstract:
To accurately and easily realize making a display device large in screen size.
A plurality of small base units 21, 21, etc., in each of which LED bar chips are arranged, are once mounted on a medium base unit 20 at regular intervals in a matrix form. On the backside of the medium base unit 20, a drive circuit (driver IC) 22, positioning fixtures 23, 23, a bracket (for example, a screw) 24, and power source and signal bus lines 25, are formed. A device having large display area is constituted by aligning the medium base units 20 utilizing the positioning fixtures 23, 23, etc., to tiling mount in a matrix.
