To provide a constitution of electrodes that enhances reliability of wiring the each of the piezoelectric members that constitute a stacked-type vibrator and that enables easy assembly of the stacked-type vibrator.
A first set of electrodes and a second set of electrodes that abuts on a set of piezoelectric members 30 respectively to apply a voltage of equal polarity respectively to each of the members, are formed wit the same conductive material. namely, for the first set of electrodes, contact parts 60, 62, 64 that abuts on the piezoelectric members 30 together with their connecting leads 66, 68 and a lead 70 for connecting the electrodes to a drive circuit, are constituted into a single-body-plate conductive member. Also, for the second set of electrodes, contact parts 72, 74 that is abutted on by the piezoelectric members 30 together with their connecting leads 76 and a lead 78 for connecting the electrodes to a drive circuit, are constructed by a single-body-plate conductive member.
