The vehicular submergence position display device turns or upon the submergence of the vehicle to display the submergence position of the vehicle 1. The device comprises a submergence sensor 11, a lighting apparatus 6 removably provided for the vehicle 1, a removing means 8 for removing the lighting apparatus 6 from the vehicle, a floating body 7 having buoyancy for floating the lighting apparatus 6 removed by the removing means 8 under water, a string-like body 13 for mooring the lighting apparatus 6 floated by the floating body 7 under water to the vehicle so as to face the light projecting direction to the water surface, and a control portion 2 for controlling of removing the lighting apparatus 6 from the vehicle 1 with a removing means and of turning on the lighting apparatus 6 based on the submergence detection of the vehicle by the submergence sensor 11.
