Abstract:
To provide a display device capable of discriminating light quantity information of each color while performing simultaneous light emission of RGB and suppressing reduction in light intensity of a virtual image and enlargement of an entire space.SOLUTION: An image display device 100 includes a drawing device 11, a light receiving sensor unit 63, a projection optical system 15, an intermediate screen 19, an enlargement optical system 17, and a display control unit 18. The display control unit 18 controls a light emission timing of the drawing device 11 so as to have a first period TP1 for simultaneously emitting RGB and a second period TP2 for performing RGB sequential light emission or two-color sequential rearrangement light emission in RGB to adjust an amount of light emission for each color of a drawing device 11 based on a detection value in the second period TP2 of the light receiving sensor unit 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
