PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display processing device and a display processing system that are capable of improving operability for a user by enabling confirmation of an operation screen on an operation terminal in the user's hand.SOLUTION: A control signal analysis unit 104 analyzes a control signal received from an operation terminal on which a user operation is performed, and when a determination unit 108 determines that the operation terminal has a video display function, a display control unit 109 transmits video data of an operation screen to the operation terminal to cause it to display the operation screen.
