To provide a display sheet that facilitates peeling a release sheet from a display layer and allows inspection of display characteristics with high accuracy, and to provide a highly reliable display device using the display sheet and an electronic apparatus.

The display sheet 20 has: a substrate 3; a plurality of microcapsules 41 disposed on one surface of the substrate 3 and storing particles; the display layer 4 of which the surface on the side opposite to the substrate 3 has adhesive force or sticking force; and the release sheet 8 disposed on the display layer 4 so as to be in contact with a surface of the display layer 4 on the side opposite to the substrate 3, wherein the release sheet 8 includes a first region S1 and a second region S2 on the display layer 4 side, and the second region S2 is a periphery of the release sheet 8 and the second region S2 has protrusion and recess larger than those of the first region S1.
