Abstract:
To provide an attractive display unit.SOLUTION: A display unit 100 comprises: an image display part 10 which displays an image in a display region 11; an entity body 30 which is arranged on the back side of the image display part 10, and also provided to be displayed through the image display part 10; a first back light 20 which can irradiate both the image display part 10 and entity body 30 with light from the back side; and a second back light 50 which is arranged between the image display part 10 and entity body 30, and can irradiate the image display part 10 with light from the back side. The second back light 50 has a translucent plate 53 which is arranged overlapping with the display region 11 and also translucent, and a light source part 51 which provides light to the inside of the translucent plate 53 through an incidence part 53a of the translucent plate 53. The translucent plate 53 has a plurality of light reflecting elements arranged side by side in an entity body overlap region overlapping with the entity body 30, the light reflecting elements being in a shape recessed from a plate surface 53c and also regularly reflecting the light, provided to the plate inside, to the side of the image display part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
