Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal unit, when an analyzer is operated, reliably detecting that a disposal box storing used disposable components approaches capacity in a simple configuration, notifying a user the fact, and dispensing with troublesome return processing caused by lapse of a time of disposal processing.SOLUTION: A disposal unit provided in an analyzer includes: a disposal box storing used disposable components, and a cylindrical transfer path for guiding the components to the disposal box, where the transfer path includes photosensors for detecting the components. The plurality of photosensors are provided at different height positions of an outlet of the transfer path.
