Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting method of a seat load detection device which can quickly process the offset adjustment of a plurality of load detection parts.SOLUTION: Load detection parts which measure shared loads of an occupant who is seated on a vehicle seat are arranged at all of a plurality of load measurement points of the vehicle seat, and load sensor modules having the load detection parts, analogue amplifiers and transceivers are arranged at the respective measurement points. Each load sensor module has: an offset adjusting value calculation storage part which converts a voltage outputted by the analogue amplifier to a digital signal as an offset value of the load detection part in a state that the occupant is not seated on the vehicle seat by a command of a host control device, and calculates and stores an offset adjusting value which is applied to an adjusting terminal of the analogue amplifier so that the offset value is within a preset offset adjusting range in the vicinity of zero; and a D-A converter which converts the offset adjusting value to the analogue signal, and outputs it to the adjusting terminal of the analogue amplifier.
