Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing valve for controlling a moving blade opening to positively supply working oil in an intermediate hole between the tip of a main shaft coupled to a piston in a servo cylinder and a pilot sleeve, improve working efficiency of a servo cylinder, eliminate the need for a conventional leak oil treatment system, and suppress generation of vibrations of a pilot sleeve.
SOLUTION: An oil pressure is supplied to a chamber 8 on the closing side of a servo cylinder 6 via the first port 3a and the first communication passage 15 of a pilot sleeve 3 from the first oil passage 2a of a pilot 2 driven by a drive unit 1. The oil pressure is also supplied to an intermediate hole A via a branch passage 15a. This constitution performs proper working of the servo cylinder 6 and properly controls the opening of a moving blade 13. The pilot sleeve 3 is firmly fastened onto an oil cylinder 4 by a fastening jig 10 and suppresses microvibration.
