Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch device capable of dispensing with or simplifying meandering prevention means.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A branch device comprises a pair of end pulleys rotatable in the mutually opposed direction around the common axis, an endless belt extended between these end pulleys and a pair of intermediate free rollers arranged between the end pulleys and folding back the belt so that the advancing direction of the belt becomes a right angle to the respective rotational axes of the end pulleys, and a distance between the axis of the intermediate free roller and the common axis being the rotational center of the end pulleys is determined so that a drawing angle of the belt and a winding angle of the belt become almost equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
