Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce mature mouse endoserine by cultivating a transformant retaining DNA containing DNA to code mouse endoserine and forming mature mouse endoserine in the culture mixture.

CONSTITUTION: A transformant retaining DNA containing DNA to code mouse endoserine and mature mouse endoserine is formed and accumulated in the culture mixture. Then mature mouse endoserine protein is collected from the culture mixture. The mouse endoserine includes mouse endoserine α and mouse endoserine β. The prepared mature mouse endoserine protein not only provides a key for analysis of mechanism of vasoconstriction reaction of organism, especially human and for elucidation of antagonist of vasopressor factor but also is useful for treating hypotension and local vasoconstrictor.
