Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a proper sentence with combination of elements by a user, by decomposing sentences into elements and storing them in a memory device and presenting various elements of a sentence meeting the requirement of the user in a menu form. CONSTITUTION:At the time of document data are inputted with itemization, a display control means 19 reads out sentences, which are related to a keyword extracted by a keyword extracting means 17, from an auxiliary storage device 15 with an index of a memory device 18 and displays them on a display means 13. An index generating means 20 generates the index of sentences stored in the memory device 15 and stores it in the memory device 18. A menu generating means 21 generates a relation table of contents and frequency in use of words, which are displayed in a menu form, in a memory device 16. The means 19 combines words, whose frequency in use is highest, in respective element rows of sentences based on the relation table stored in the memory device 16 and displays the result on the means 13 as the first candidate.
