Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog clutch which can reduce a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Fist dog teeth 3 have an accurately base member 4 which is formed at a plurality of circular piece members 2, and attached with a plurality of the piece members 2. Widths of the first dog teeth 3 and second dog teeth 9 which are geared with the first dog teeth are formed so as to be narrowed toward a face side at which the dog teeth 3, 9 oppose each other, and a positioning part 6 for regulating the relative movement of a plurality of piece member 2 and the base member 4 to a circumferential direction is formed at the base member 4. An elastic member 7 for making elastic forces which withstand loads act on a plurality of the piece members 2 when the first dog teeth 3 receive the loads from the second dog teeth 9 is arranged, and a plurality of the piece members 2 are constituted so that the adjacent piece members 2a, 2b can independently move with respect to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
