Abstract:
To obtain a Doherty amplifier can reduce power consumption or band-widening distortion or output power by shortening an output-side line length.
An output terminal 5 of a carrier amplifier 1 is disposed at a side of a peak amplifier 11 rather than a structure symmetry line 6, and an output terminal 15 of the peak amplifier 11 is disposed at a side of the carrier amplifier 1 rather than on the structure symmetry line 16. Thus, an output-side line length is shortened, thereby reducing power consumption or band-widening distortion or output power.
