To provide a door device for a warehouse, capable of storing articles in a state that temperature is properly controlled and reducing cost of an opening and closing mechanism of a heat insulation door and a fire shutter.

This door device 20 of the automatic warehouse 10 can be arranged at the entrance 16 of the warehouse for storing articles in the state that temperature is properly controlled. This door device 20 includes the fire shutter 22, the heat insulating door 24, the first opening and closing mechanism 26, and the second opening and closing mechanism 28. The fire shutter 22 can open and close the entrance 16. The heat insulating door 24 is arranged outside the fire shutter 22 and can open and close the entrance 16. The first opening and closing mechanism 26 can lower the fire shutter 22 due to its self-weight through the predetermined signals and can open and close the entrance 16. The second opening and closing mechanism 28 is arranged on only outside the heat insulating door 24 and can open, close, and operate the heat insulating door 24.
