Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily fit a door to a car body.
CONSTITUTION: Strikers 7, 8 are provided in door hinges 2, 3 arranged in a door panel 1 of a vehicle body. Notched holes 9, 10 are provided in hinge locks 5, 6 arranged in the body pillar 4 of the car body. Hinge latches 11, 12 are provided in the inside of the hinge locks 5, 6 at the position where they are exposed to the notched holes 9, 10. The strikers 7, 8 are locked against the notched holes 9, 10 of the hinge locks 5,6, while time hinge latches are rotated, by insertion of the strikers 7, 8 into the notched holes 9, 10 of the hinge lock 5, 6. And at the same time, the hinge latches 11, 12 are fitted while the detent lever 13, 14 equipped at the lower position inside the hingelocks 5, 6 are rotated. The door hinges 2, 3 are fixed at the hinge locks 5, 6 via the strikers 7, 8 and the door panel 1 is fitted to the body pillar 4 via the hinge locks 5, 6 together with time strikers 7, 8 of the door hinges 2, 3.
