Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make improvements in sizing accuracy of a weather strip setting part, by making up an inner panel of a door sash part with both inner and outer members to be coupled in a flange form at a rain rail part forming a roof panel, and constituting them so as to attach a weather strip to the inner member. CONSTITUTION:An inner panel 4 of a door sash part 2B is constituted of a first inner panel 4A to be coupled with an end edge 3a of an outer panel 3 by means of hemming and a second inner panel 4B whose inward end 13B is supported on an outer circumferential surface of a window glass support rail 8 and forming a setting part 4b of a weather strip 14. And, these first and second inner panels 4A and 4B are joined with both flanges 16 and 17 at an inward position of the rain rail 9 formed in a side end edge 5b of a roof panel 5, and attached to a seal 18. with this constitution, the sizing accuracy in a weather strip setting part is improved and, what is more, the improvement of rigidity in the sash part is well promoted.
