Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical preparations comprising oxycodone and naloxone having sustained release action of analgesic effect.SOLUTION: The invention provides use of oxycodone and naloxone in production of pharmaceutical preparations for pain therapy, where daily doses of oxycodone and/or naloxone are specific amounts, where oxycodone and naloxone are present in the weight ratio of 2:1 in at least one or at least two sustained release oral preparations.
