Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double drum type grinding and rubbing device capable of simultaneously recovering coarse components and fine components from one unit of the device.
SOLUTION: Waste concrete materials are put into an inside drum 2b and the drum is rotated. Consequently, the waste concrete materials are ground and rubbed by deformed reinforcing bars 18. At this time, the fine aggregate slips successively from net parts 30 to an outside drum 2A. Among the ground and rubbed waste concrete materials, the coarse aggregate discharged from the inside drum 2B is recovered by a chute 32 for the coarse aggregate. On the other hand, the fine aggregate is recovered through a chute 31 for the fine aggregate from the outside drum 2A. As a result, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate may be simultaneously recovered from the waste concrete materials with one unit of the device.
