To reduce the surplus amount of a material of a glazing channel to economize the material, and to facilitate installation of the glazing channel on double glazing.
A glazing channel 1 is formed of a member obtained by combining two linear members 1A, 1B with each other in one body, and a V-shaped cut-off portion 4 which does not reach a bottom is formed at a symmetrical location of at least part of both end pieces except for a combined portion. Then, the glazing channel 1 is fitted on one side of a peripheral portion of double glazing, and the V-shaped cut-off portion of the glazing channel 1 is arranged at a corner portion of the double glazing. Further, the glazing channel 1 is folded at right angles along the corner portion of the double glazing with the use of the V-shaped cut-off portion, and fitted on at least two sides of the double glazing inclusive of the right-angled corner portion, followed by fitting the glazing channel 1 in the other sides of the double glazing, whereby the glazing channels 1 enclose the four peripheral sides of the double glazing. Then, abutting ends of the glazing channels 1 are combined with each other.
