To allow a user to use sticks thus far held with his both hands at any time only for a brief walking by linking the sticks together into one piece for easier handling so as to be held and leaned upright with his one hand when conducting other acts than walking.
A left stick A and a right stick B have respective holding parts 2a and 2b fastened on the upper ends of the bodies 1a and 1b thereof and tip rubbers 6a and 6b are put at the lower ends thereof. A link protruded part 3a and a link recessed part 3b are mounted near the upper end and near the lower end of respective insides of the bodies 1a and 1b of the left stick A and right stick B. The links are preferably made in a snap button structure with a stout spring stop to be kept from coming off during the use. Flat hollows 4a and 5a and 4b and 5b with a certain width are so arranged vertically inside the left stick A and the right stick B respectively to serve for preparing a single-hand stick when linked together. When the sticks are leaned upright, they are linked by pressing the upper link protruded part 3a and recessed part 3b alone separately from outside to open the lower parts of the left stick A and the right stick B.
