To provide a double-layered film in which the generation of irregularity caused by repellency is suppressed, which excels in optical properties, and exhibits excellent adhesiveness to a polarizing plate or the like.

The double-layered film includes: a base material film having a layer which comprises a resin containing a polymer having an alicyclic structure on the surface thereof; and an urethane resin layer. The urethane resin layer is formed by curing a resin (A) containing polyurethane (a), an epoxy compound (b), a nonvolatile base (c) and a nonionic surfactant (d) being acetylene glycol in which two carbon atoms adjacent to triple bond are substituted by a hydroxyl group and a methyl group, and/or an ethylene oxide adduct thereof.
