To solve problems wherein pincers and radio pincers are heretofore used properly according to the hardness and size of materials to be deformed in metal cutting, bending, holding, or the like and used as single bodies respectively to increase weight besides being bulky.

The pincers and radio pincers are integrated, and a freely moving common handle is fitted to a fulcrum. A post inside the handle abuts on the outside of the pincers on the reverse side to the pincers to be used, which acts as a force point to provide a tool usable as both the pincers and radio pincers only by moving the handle.
