In this double-row tapered roller bearing with an aligning ring, an outer circumferential surface 11b of an outer ring 11 of the double-row tapered roller bearing 10 is formed as a spherically protruded surface, and an inner circumferential surface 50a of the aligning ring 50 disposed on the outer side of the outer ring 11 is formed as a spherically recessed surface to correspond to the spherically protruded surface. The outer circumferential surface 11b of the outer ring 11 and the inner circumferential surface 50a of the aligning ring 50 are engaged with each other in such a way as to allow relative oscillation and displacement between the aligning ring 50 and the outer ring 11. An axial width B3 of the aligning ring 50 is set to be equal to a combined width B1 of a pair of inner rings 12 and 12 of the double-row tapered roller bearing 10, and wider than an axial direction width B2 of the outer ring 11.
