Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device for a rolling bearing which maintains good sealability of the bearing even if offset and inclination of a shaft occur, and to provide the rolling bearing.SOLUTION: An oil seal 20 includes: a core bar 30; and an elastic body 40. The core bar 30 includes: a first core bar 32 extending to the radial inner side; and a second core bar 34 extending to the radial inner side. The elastic body 40 includes: a connection part 43 which connects the first core bar 32 with the second core bar 34; and a seal lip part 44 which is fixed to the second core bar 34 and slidably contacts with an inner race 12.
